Updated over 3 weeks ago

Q- Do all of my apps accrue hosting fees?
A- No, only published apps that are running accrue usage fees.

Q- Where can I see my hosting fees?

A- In the edit profile page, look for the ‘Usage’ button at the top of the page. Or going to https://accounts.getlazy.ai/usage

Q- How frequently am I charged for hosting fees (daily, weekly, monthly)?

A- App daily uptime charges are incurred on a monthly basis.

Q- How am I charged for hosting when my subscription is weekly, quarterly, or yearly? I do not have a monthly subscription.
A- Lazy AI will always charge monthly regardless of your subscription billing cycle. Your hosting billing cycle starts the day you publish an app. If your app was published before February 1st 2025, then your hosting billing cycle starts as of February 1st 2025.

Q- What are Hosting fees?

A- Hosting is the total cost of your app(s) running on a virtual machine in the cloud. Your apps that are published to production are accessible on the web 24/7 because they are hosted by a virtual machine (aka the cloud) via the Lazy AI platform.

Q- What if I don’t want to pay for hosting, can I host my app somewhere else?

A- You always have access to your app’s files which you can export. However, moving away from Lazy AI’s fully managed system will be less convenient for you to implement and maintain. Costs for hosting elsewhere will likely be higher than what you pay with Lazy AI as well due to Lazy AI’s unit price, pricing structure, and advanced cloud optimization systems.

Q- How are Hosting fees calculated?

A- Charges are a unit price per 1GB of ram allocated for the app per day (see: https://getlazy.ai/pricing for list price).

Q- Am I charged for sending messages to the Lazy Builder?

A- All Lazy AI subscriptions include various features and limits, please see https://getlazy.ai/pricing for details.

Q- How do I prevent a published app from accruing fees?
A- Open your published and and press the "Stop" button. If your published app is not running then it does not accrue fees.

Q- If I am in a Lazy Team, who gets charged?

A- The user who first created the app will be charged. If an app is moved under a Lazy Team and multiple people work on it, the original author of the app will be charged for the app daily uptime running cost.

Q- What other fees are there beyond hosting?

A- There are no other fees to be charged at this time (subject to change).

Q- Am I charged per prompt or by LLM tokens used?

A- All Lazy AI subscriptions include various features and limits, please see https://getlazy.ai/pricing for details.
