How it Works:

You have text data, such as customer reviews, support tickets, or product descriptions, and you need to sort them into specific categories for better organization or analysis. This ability allows you to automatically categorize large amounts of text, saving time and improving efficiency.

For example, if you are managing a help center, you can input user inquiries and have the AI automatically categorize them into topics like "Billing," "Technical Support," or "Product Information," making it easier to respond and manage the workflow.
