Open your app and click "Run"/"Test latest version" button

You'll see the 'View database' button appear on the top right corner of your app preview - click it

Then you see all of your tables in your database listed on the left side:

Select on a table then click the 'Content' tab then click the 'Import' tab

Click 'Choose File' button and select your table's file

Click 'Import' button (recommended to leave 'Create columns for unrecognized keys' as default Yes)

<b>**IMPORTANT: You have a separate database for your Test environment app and your Production environment app. You must repeat this process for the production/deployed version of your app (assuming you've published/deployed the app)!!</b><br>​<br>​
