Whitelisting IP Addresses for API Calls
Whitelisting IP Addresses for API Calls
Updated over a month ago

Question:
Which IP addresses should I whitelist to ensure that my test environment’s API calls work correctly?

Answer:
When making API calls from the test environment, the IP address you need to whitelist depends on whether you are using a custom domain or the standard (non-custom) domain:

  • Non-Custom Domain Applications: Whitelist 34.149.104.163

  • Custom-Domain Applications: Whitelist 34.67.251.203

Recommendation:
To avoid any confusion or interruptions, we recommend whitelisting both IP addresses (34.149.104.163 and 34.67.251.203) in your firewall or security settings. Doing so ensures that your API calls will proceed without issue, regardless of whether you are using a custom or non-custom domain.
