How to Upload Files/Images Through Lazy AI VS Code Builder

Uploading files and images directly through our VS Code Builder is a convenient way to manage your app's assets.

Open Your Project:

  • Navigate to side panel under My Apps to find the app you want to work on.

  • Click on the code tab to open the VS Code Builder.


Access the File Explorer:

  • In the VS Code Builder, locate the File Explorer pane on the left side of the interface.


Upload Files and Images:

  1. Right-Click in the Desired Folder:

    • Right-click on the folder where you want to upload the files.

  2. Select "Upload Files":

    • Choose "Upload Files" from the context menu.

  3. Choose Files to Upload:

    • A file dialog will appear. Navigate to the files or images on your computer.

    • Select the files you wish to upload and click "Open".

  4. Verify Upload:

    • The selected files will upload and appear in the chosen folder within the File Explorer.


Alternatively, Drag and Drop:

  • Simply drag and drop files or images directly into the File Explorer pane to upload them.


Save Changes:

  • After uploading, ensure you save any changes by clicking on the "Save" button it will be in the top right hand corner and is green.


Disregard Changes:

  • If you don't want to save the changes right beside the green save button there is a red cancel button. Hitting this button will keep your app as it was before you added the new image or file.


Important Notes:

  • Supported Formats: Ensure the files and images are in formats supported by Lazy AI.

  • File Size Limitations: Be mindful of any file size restrictions to prevent upload errors.
